because you would stop driving if the U.S. were bombing your
neighborhood.

Please look up the Definition of "Insurgent".
Insurgents can only be insurgents if they are rebelling against a legal
government, not intruders. The U.S. military are intruders in Iraq and
the people are defending their country from thieves (Cheney, Rumsfeld,
PNAC, Carlyle Group).
