My GOD, Dimmies!! You're Not Even Past Stage Two On This Dying Thing! |
Elisabeth Kubler-Ross wrote a seminal book, "On Death And Dying", about the
five stages of dying in humans. Her paradigm can be usefully extended to
describe the demise of human groups. The ongoing death of the Democratic
party, while extremely amusing and gratifying, is also of scientific
interest.
To wit, Ms Kubler-Ross' five stages are..., Denial, Anger, Bargaining,
Depression, and Acceptance.
* Denial: After Nov 2 the Democrats squealed, stamped their feet and
shrieked that they really *WEREN'T* dying. That it was all a robbery . An
enormous fraud perpetrated by DIEBOLD = HITLER = HALIBURTON = BUSH = SATAN =
CHENEY = Blah, blah, blah.
* Anger: Now these beneath contempt cesspool algae are slowly slipping into
the "anger" stage. Like, "we're gonna get you back in 2008 by running
Hildabeast! We'll show *you*. Or, "We'll make Howard Dean head of the DNC.
Then you'll get a taste of some strong medicine!" The fever of their
terminal disease has obviously made them delirious.
* Bargaining: Well, they haven't even gotten this far yet. But I predict
that in the next few weeks, as they more fully realize their total isolation
from power and their status as political cockroaches they will behave as
follows.
Oh, PLEEEAAZE, President Bush Sir! We were only following our noble
consciences. And maybe trying just a little bit to protect our deadbeat,
dope addled, gubmint tit sucking, AIDS riddled, freeloader life styles.
PLEEEAAZE, President Bush Sir. Let us re-join the political process. We'll
be better this time - we PROMISE!! PLEEEAAZE, President Bush Sir, we don't
want to DIE! We're AFRAID!!
HEEHEHEHE!! It is soooo much fun watching them die.

Henry Kissinger reminds us that Rome fell, not from domestic turmoil seizing
the empire from within, but from pressures of imperial wars and foreign
interests around the globe.
So thanks Krusty for giving us a heads up so we know what to expect when we
begin to see the decline and fall of a great nation of Western Civilization
known as the United States of America under the helm of George Caesar Bush.
By the way Krusty: Was patience one the stages because we Democrats are
going to be on our own death watch waiting for the other guy commit
political suicide. Maybe John Brutus McCain may help us out here.
