An interesting idea...but why?
Why is Canada a country? We need to unite the English speaking whites of N
America. The US and Alaska are unaturally divided while Canada and Quebec
are unaturally united.
In that case you might consider annexing large chunks of South America
as well, since they're white, technically. Also, Mexico/Hispanics
are fair-skinned in many cases.
#5 Take the Baja, thus shortening the border

I'll admit the idea has its merits,
but I am not up on the political situation in Baja California.
#6 Drill more oil wells in Alaska and build a pipeline to the NE US
This could be a minor technical problem. Alaska is over 3,000 miles away
from the eastern US border.
A pipeline thru Canada would be much cheaper than the one we built over the
mts of Alaska to nowhere.
#7 Enforce the US Constitution by allowing all citizens to carry arms,
abolish quotas and campaign censorship, return abortion to the states.
That could get slightly messy. The abortion solution you propose
would not satisfy either side. (Pro-choicers have what they want.
AFAICT, most pro-lifers would want a federal-level ban; states such
as California and New York would continue to provide abortions were
the question reverted back to the state level.)
Roe v Wade is legal sophistry. Abortion is clearly a state matter under the
Constitution.
I hope you can duck quickly. The pro-choicers will excoriate you.
The pro-lifers will either ignore you or foam at the mouth. :-)

Develop this idea more; it's not clear why this is needed.
To save the innocent from incompetent juries, for one thing. Personally, I
want to be able prove where I've been.
You are welcome to place a GPS recorder in your vehicle and show
the evidence generated therefrom in court, if you like. I for
one don't see a problem with that; the main difficulty would
be requiring *all* vehicles to contain such. (One might require
that all vehicles have an option to contain such; that's about it.
In any event, GPS receivers are easily battery-powered, or one can
rig up the usual ciggie-light adapter.)

I'm assuming you're referring to a dual-fence with electrified
"no-man's land" here, used in some high-security prisons.
An interesting idea -- but who's going to pay for the electric power?
Also, will Mexico have standing to sue if Mexican nationals crossing
the border get electrocuted?

Private citizens.
What about private citizens in the employ of the State? Are
they allowed to discriminate as well? Would the employer
(the individual State) be allowed to require them to discriminate?

An interesting idea, but a few things are in the way -- like
the Sierra Nevada.

Tunnels are kinda pricey. Also,
draining the lakes drains shipping.
The Great Lakes are already drained, by the St Lawrence. Make it drain
toward the SW.

Erm...that idea is so weird I can't say what to do about it.
Pigs are closely related to humans and could be used to mass produce white
babies, since white women don't seem to want to do the job.

Define "home". Muslims don't have a specific place of residence.
The other two might, although Jews are slightly problematic
since Israel didn't even exist prior to 1948.
Illegal Mexicans probably should be deported anyway, although I'd
have to study the issue. One problem is that Mexicans like to
come over here and take the jobs no citizen wants (e.g., fruitpicking).

And who would own the slaves?
The descendants of their owners.
I presume you have a method by which the Emancipation Proclamation
can be reversed, allowing all blacks living at the time to be
properly traced back to their rightful owners, and the descendants
of the slaves then given to the descendents of the owners?
Say, that could get pretty complicated. What if an owner and a
slave get together and produce progeny? Does said son or
daughter own himself or herself? (Would it matter if the
slave was owned by the owner?)
What if two slaves owned by different owners beget progeny?
Does one employ the solution of Solomon and cut a descendant
in half, after partitioning the rest? (One assumes in this
case an odd number of descendants.)
For that matter, who would capture
them, auction them, and get the proceeds therefrom? Are we
talking:
[1] bounty hunters: capture a black and sell him into the slave trade
for profit? (Shades of what happened in Africa 200-300 years ago!)
[2] state "capture/tag/sell" programs?
[3] Federal "capture/tag/sell" programs?
[4] World-wide "capture/tag/sell" programs? (That'll go over *real* well
in the UN...not.)
[5] Other?
Did you forget to answer this particular question? After all, I
don't see how the slaves will go back to being slaves willingly --
since there are no slaves currently (at least officially!) in
the United States at present.
