Myth of Democracy in the USA |
The pending Alito appointment which gives a minority religious
group, the Catholics, control over the Supreme Court shows how
the American people no longer control their own government.
It has been sold to the highest bidders by Dem and GOP and
today, China, the Vatican, Israel and other special interest
groups have more control over our future and government than we do as
voters.

Well, if the USA has been sole to China, the Vatican, and Israel, they
bought a lemon, i.e.:
a)a nation with no assets and over 4 trillion dollars of debt
b)a nation whose currency is not worth the paper on which it is
printed(especially since we are no longer on the gold standard, having
squandered our gold reserves on nations we defeated after World War II)
c)thanks to affirmative action crap, have a dumbed-down education
system where our high school graduates cannot even read their own
diplomas
d)produce nothing tangible to export since all of our industries, first
manufacturing and, gradually at present, service industries are being
outsourced to India
e)have cities that, with the exception of corporate high rises, look
like Hiroshima after the bomb was dropped on it.
My God, let China and others buy this country. They are really
overpaying for it. LOL!!!

Not quite. The American people have a voracious appetite for
consumer goods and fossil fuels and are seemingly spending
themselves into penury. That's like a bookmaker having
customers that spend their paychecks every week on betting.
Its, it's....priceless...

You are right with regard to the profligate nature of the American
consumer(I definitely would not defend him/her). However, my point is
just about correct given point "b". The day when the oil sheiks take
payment for pertoleum in euros instead of dollars is the day that the
party for the American consumer is over, hyperinflation begins, and the
collapse of the country is complete. Although countries who subscribed
to his philosophy have gone capitalist, Lenin was right when he said
that the surest way to destroy a culture is to destroy its currency.
Whither America, my friend. We are toast.

By the way. The USA is a republic. Not a democracy.
