from 8,000 spent nuclear fuel rods into nuclear weapons to serve as a
deterrent against increasing U.S. nuclear threats and to prevent a

snowballing," Vice Foreign Minister Choe Su Hon provided details

Yeah, right. When paranoia was invented, North Korea was designated
ground zero. NK blamed the west for its policies concerning the
starvation and jailing of its citizens, etc. etc., and it continues to
do so. You couldn't please them if you had the desire to do so.
Let's move the troops to Guam and let South Korea reunite with its
peaceful, benevolent, broke-***** neighbor to the north.

difference between doing something and intending to do something. That's
an important lesson for folks who support Bush to recognize.
For example, just be you INTEND to accomplish a mission doesn't mean you
ACTUALLY did it. Just because you INTEND to improve the economy doesn't
mean you ACTUALLY did it. Just be you INTEND to stay sober doesn't mean
you ACTUALLY did it.

I see no data or evidence from your end. What the previous poster said is
exactly right. Intention is NOT the same as having done the act. As the
saying goes - "the road to Hell is paved with good intentions" and G W Bush
may or may not even have that excuse because I believe the man just flat out
LIED. He never intended to do a bloody thing that he said other than reward
his friends.

I see no data or evidence from your end. What the previous poster said is
exactly right. Intention is NOT the same as having done the act.
If your actions reasonably prove to me that you intend to do me harm and I
believe you have the capacity, that is justifacation enough. The difference
now is, after 9/11, were not waiting around to see what thier true
intentions are.

Bush help speed up nuke race for their own sake. Imagine If Bush send
the whole troops into country own nuke? Therefore nuke is almost a
guarantee for Bush agreesionists to think twice b4 invade.
In real term, Bush prompt and incite the nuke rush for severeign nations
worldwide from being attack by USA.
Iran pretty soon will have it. There will be more Islamic nations will
nuke themselve secretly soon.

The problem with this post and all the posts here is. No one sees the
big PICTURE.
As I see it some of you might say George W Bush is the most powerful
man in the World. Out of 5 billion what makes one man the most
powerful person in the Country? The problem is the Media yes the
Media. When we are born as babies we do not hate anyone. Look at the
mess the world is in Nuclear weapons if that is not Pandora's box then
i dont know what is. We have countrys you hear about in the News that
have Nuclear weapons. We have a terrorist problem George W Bush say
Osama Bin Laden all these Terrorist hate Americans because they are
evil and they hate freedom. Haha how stupid huh ?? He says Iraq is the
problem lets bomb them spend 1000+ lives and counting i dunno guessing
400 billion + counting. All this money all thease lives. And the Media
either intentionally or on purpose has failed to report to Americans
the real problem for Terrorism is Isreal Palentine fighting over
stupid land in the Gaza strip One wants to build a holy temple one
says its a place for holy mask both have forgotten they have let the
devil in their heart they both kill each other a terrerist bomb here a
missle fired back there.. they call it terrorism and selfdenfense.
This is an Issue why. Cause it wont stop. Bush i dunno what he stands
for I just know he failed at Capturing Osama bin Laden, he went Iraq
WMD's the whole world Knew Palestine and Isreal is the problem N.Korea
is getting nuclear weapons. Bush has other plans.. If any Republican
thinks Bush is for America for Americas safety.. Ask your self why he
wouldnt do anything about the Assault weapon ban? He let it expire. It
makes no sense. The main problem is Iraq has been soo hyped made to
look so bad and evil for America and the story has been spun so much.
That people actually believe now Bush is making us safer on the war on
terrorism. The sept 11 says there was no terrorist in Iraq had nothing
to do with sept 11 Osama bin Laden his Network who believe in killing
themselves for the cause of Palestine is to blame.. But Bush says
Saddam Hussain is evil he kills his own people he kills Kurds he kills
his daoughters husbands.. I say yes Mr Bush he is an evil person but
he is evil for Iraq for the Iraqi people he is A WMD for the Iraqi
people America has this Holy War Palestine and Isreal. Palestinians
think america helps Isreal too much and our policys in the past and
future solidify their claims. America is a very just country but some
people forget that america is not just to the rest of the world that
is why we are hated around the world. If you believe in Karma and you
believe that in general people humans are good then if the Media did
its job and told the story not the story from this side or that side.
But just the story. You can scare people to hate or inspire them to
love you can show them if they hate they will have 50 years of war and
killing but if they love they can build both a masque and temple and
a smart president would donate 400 billion to build and feed hunger
and do this do that. Dont leave it to the isrealis and the
palestinians they hate each other you wouldnt tell your kids that got
into a fight to go shot ur brother cause he tried to stab you. YOu
would help them show them the way. The problem is not this simple but
i know if we had gotten AL Gore and sept 11 happpened things might be
different today, maybe alot better didnt more americans vote for him.
We are having a Karma problem in america that is the one simple
solution to this issue you cant take one side the other side will hate
you. YOU cant kill everyone on the other side thats calleed Genoside.
I mean George W Bush as president is in a poistion to undrestand all
this.. he is stupid or think we are stupid.. My only question is if
this is the way it is then i can count on the end of the world..
coming soon its takes a couple nukes and angry tempers and boom
civilization gone.. the Earth freed from its most distructive force
humans that didnt believe in Karma. This is what is at stake tell why
CNN MSNBC ABC CBS NBC the cable companies dont take this seriously.
Good Karma would be for people to post solutions for CNN to suggest
solutions for pycholgist to be guests on CNN explaining Humans and the
way we think. I feel like the whole world needs psycho thererpy from
all this hate. I wonder who will get it first. Alot of people get it.
When I wonder who.. i mean who in who has access to people a great
number of people Hollywood ?? Who will tell this sad story.. That when
people hear it they will not get cought up in the little details but
the big facts Nuclear Weapons are here aka Pandoras Box . Hate is
being spread all around the world. Its only a matter of time. Who will
explain it in a way that says if you have a fire you need not to
describe the matherf&^%ken fire but to put it out with Love or water.

missing a huge opertunity to realize that every basic human is born
not to hate, and it would only take a few gererations of Palestinians

Actually, they didn't. They were trying to get them. See there is a
difference between doing something and intending to do something. That's
