Object: N Korea second nuclear test
In first place, there was not any first nuke test by NK. So there can't
be second. They just exploded some bombs underground to produce small
earthquake like effect. USA knows it. But anyway they need some reason
to impose sanctions.
Even if NK have nukes, their soldiers can't carry it on bicycles to
usa. So don't worry.
Good Night. Have sweet dreams.

The NK gov was given plans for a device by Dr. Khan for free. CIA was never
allowed to interview him in Pakistan while he is widely believed to remain
under house arrest. He has a side business, building nuclear facilities to
produce weapons grade material. Iran and NK are his clients. There is a
lot of interesting details about this bum in the open.

The /Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists/ devoted much of
their November/December '06 issue towards a "rogues'
gallery" of smugglers and other dealers in illegal nuclear
weapons technology. The list of nuclear rogues is
depressingly long.
Naturally, A.Q. Khan figures prominently in the lead
article - but if the governments of the free world had been
a little more aggressive in researching Khan's business
contacts in Western Europe, the construction of many, many
centrifuges and related uranium enrichment technology might
have been impeded greatly or even stopped entirely.
This particular issue (of which the editors of the
/Bulletin/ were kind enough to send me a copy after printing
my response to the July/August issue's assessment of exactly
when the Iranians will get their nuclear weapons working) is
worth checking out. Apparently, the American Library
Association recommends that its member institutions
subscribe to the /Bulletin/ because I've lived in several
suburban and even farm communities where the main county
library had the /Bulletin/ in their periodicals holdings.
It's probably worth checking your local library to see if
they subscribe to it.

Ever hear of forty-foot freight containers, pal? We can't
check them all.
