I don't know the name of the "Miami Air Marshall who killed Alpizar".
I do not read Robert Novak's column, therefore I do not know the names
of the United States' undercover agents.

It's because...well, I'll put this to you so you can understand
it...she hasn't been an undercover agent for years. It was well known
around DC just who she was and what she did for a living. This agent
on the other hand, is probably in the air as we speak.

Why wasn't Libby charged?

He has been charged with perjury and obstruction, dolt.
Can you explain to me why a smart guy, and a lawyer like Scooter, would
knowingly *LIE* to a grand jury? It couln't be because he was
protecting someone, could it?
If Scooter thought that outing Valerie was OK, why didn't he just tell
the truth and let the chips fall?
You see Crappy, Fitz is a Prosecutor. He likes to win cases. He has
Scooter by the 'Nads now with slam dunk charges. The idea (IMO) is to
squeeze those 'Nads and see if Scooter wants to cut a deal.
Lots of 'Pugs are doing just that.
The noose is tightening on Kommissar Cheney and Herr Bushler, Crappy.

Uh, dude/tte ( :-) ) Watergate resulted in Richard Nixon's
resignation in disgrace, and a host of other anti-presidency effects. I
sortof doubt you remember Watergate. I was young, but remember
Trickey's resignation well. It was a great moment for America, and if
Plamegate causes the resignation of either Bush or Cheney, I would be
quite pleased with that result.

No, Valerie Plame was not outed. Dems were so mad that the prosecutor
did not indict Libby for that fantasy.
If Libby purposefully ran over a cat after not being charged with
'outing' Plame, Fitgerald could charge him with animal cruelty. Any
charges Fitgerald can bring against Libby or indict him for does not
neccesarily have to be anything to do with the initial investigation.
Understand now?

Never been plonked so quickly. That was weird. Must have been

Friendly correction. Miromar Navel Air Station, located just outside of San
Diego, is best known from its prominance in the movie Top Gun. Lessser known
is the very family oriented trap and skeet club nearby, where all my kids
learned gun safety and responsibility from some very friendly and helpful
people.
