I use to listen to the Tom Valentine show on shortwave some years ago.
He had several people on who told of the CIA flying planeloads full of
arms to Central and/or South America and then bringing back planeloads
full of drugs, which helped fund their arms' shipments without Congress
being apprised of what they were doing. The CIA reportedly used an
airstrip in Mena, Arkansas during the time Clinton was governor for some
of their illicit operations. Google "drugs CIA Mena arms" and see what
comes up.
