attack any day now." contradict that?
Assuming that is true, wouldn't it then be true to say that we are just as
safe now as we were before the 2000 elections? We might not have been
expecting a "catastrophic attack" but the reality of that was still there
as evidenced by Sept. 11, 2001.

rights, renounce treaties the US had signed, fork

take the longest vacation in presidential history, but
never found the time to attend a single meeting or
briefing on terrorism by any agency he was responsible
for.
Is that what you call "bold, decisive leadership"
