Washington
Neil Bush, a younger brother of US President George W Bush, has a
400,000-dollar-a-year contract to provide business advice to a Chinese
computer chip manufacturer, according to court documents.
At the same time the Bush administration is promising to crack down on
alleged trade abuses by the Chinese, Neil Bush has agreed to
strategize with China's Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corp., the
documents filed in the course of Neil Bush's divorce proceedings
between him and Sharon Bush in Houston, Texas indicate.
The divorce was finalised in April.
While there is no indication he has done anything improper, Bush's
arrangement could attract attention during a presidential election
cycle in which Chinese business practices have become a hot-button
political issue, 'The Los Angeles Times' daily reported today.
"There's certainly the appearance of influence being sought," said
Charles W. McMillion, a Washington business consultant who advised a
congressional commission on U.S.-China policy.
"If nothing else, it doesn't look good." Grace Semiconductor, based in
Shanghai, was founded in 2000 by Winston Wong, the son of Taiwanese
business magnate Wang Yung-ching, and Jiang Mianheng, the son of
former Chinese President Jiang Zemin.
Wong co-signed the contract with Bush.
According to the consulting contract, Neil Bush was to receive 2
million dollars worth of Grace Semiconductor preferred stock over five
years, issued in annual increments of 400,000 dollars, the paper said.

This is rather odd given Neil Bush has no experience whatsoever in the
semiconductor industry. I think it would be safe to say he would
never have gotten the job or the call girls had it not been for his
last name.
The family tradition of playing clueless plays out once again. He
claims he had no idea strange women knocking on his door in the middle
of the night and asking for sex were call girls. Who does he think he
is James Bondar Bush?

The interesting thing was the sudden signing of the extension of the h1-b visa
law just after Neil got the job. George W. Bush suddenly made statements about
the inability of Americans to do technical work and we needed the foreign help.
It would appear that The Bush family has a very anti American feeling. That
is not true about having americans to stop bullets.

This is typical of Neil, cashing in on the name and position of
his family. He had accepted a position as a "land man" with an oil
company in Wyoming in the 1970s, and his wife Sharon had a FIT when
she saw Wyoming, gave him to understand SHE was NOT going to live
in such a shitty place.
So he returned to Denver, started calling up people in high
places saying, "This is Neil Bush -- you know, the SON OF THE
VICE PRESIDENT". So that, my children, is how he ended up on the
Board of Directors of Silverado S&L. There he connived to give
loans to a couple of shyster land developers and in return they
"bought stock" in his so-called oil company which NEVER produced
a single drop of oil, but still paid him a yearly salary of
$100,000. Do you know how to spell the word B-R-I-B-E???
That little trick of his cost the taxpayers $2 BILLION.
