But how many voters can tell the difference between a pebbler and a boulder.
Bush is betting most people are so ignorant and poorly informed they can't
tell the difference and see no reason why they should even consdier there
is a difference.

why don't we just make the laws so that they can't hide all their dough
overseas. if they want to do that, they should live overseas too and give up
