Now he has his own newsgroup.

This is getting hilarious.

And it appears you have to be approved in order to join.

Well I feel that this group was set up specifically to defame me
and is in
violation of the TOS for Google Groups - I shall be turning this
over to my
legal counsel on Monday for appropriate action, and I shall
demand that the
name of the group be changed from the defamatory
"namesofcyberstalkers/about" to the more appropriate
"peoplewhothinktheownerofthisnewsgroupsisalyingasshole/about".
Nigel Brooks

1. Doug Says:
Mr. Brooks. This new Cyberstalker name listing newsgroup was not
designed just for you, although you and many members of your
smear merchant gang qualify to be listed on it. It was created to
maintain a public record of all cyberstakers, libelers and
cyberharassers that are using the Internet to comint criminal
acts in that regard. The evidence of their cyberstalking will be
in the form of their own repetitive posts that contain personal
attacks and general harassment, there will be no editorializing
about any person making that list other than to explain how,
when, what and perhaps why the Cyberstalker posted his personal
attack or is cyberstalking. All evidence of their Cyberstalking
will be in the form of posts placed by them in the public domain,
or emails they have sent. This is public information, written by
the perpetrator, and does not in any way represent defamation.
(Check with your lawyer).
Cyberstalkers that make our list will be monitored, (including
their aliases) and those they attack will be invited to send them
notice of cyberstalking with a listing of the criminal statutes
existing in the Cyberstalkers state, or if that state is unknown,
then in the victim's state. (Since the internet is worldwide,
criminal actions can be initiated in the victim's state, and then
once the Cyberstalkers account name has been determined by a
legal investigation, the Cyberstalkers can be served or charged
in his own state by his local authorities). Moreover, as you are
well aware, Cyberstalkers are infamous for changing aliases, even
to provide answers to their cyberstalking posts to further their
personal attacks and cyberharassment/cyberstalking techniques.
Once the real account name is known, all ISP's will be notified
to inform law enforcement (or a law firm that will be connected
to this new newsgroup) of any and all aliases the Cyberstalkers
is using. Therefore all cyberstalking posts, regardless of alias,
can be collected and placed under the single perpetrator's name.
This will provide law enforcement with even more ammunition to
bring these sick and demented criminals to justice.
As you are also aware, Cyberstalking, libel, malicious libel,
libel per se, and unlawful harassment (electronic or otherwise)
represents a criminal act in most states. Moreover, if some
people that are perpetrating those criminal acts have been
convicted of such acts before, then those criminal acts graduate
to a felony. Also, as you are well aware as I have informed you
and your gang members of this several times before, if threats of
violence are involved in the general cyberstalking, then the
crime of cyberstalking, malicious libel and/or harassment also
becomes also a felony. I am sure you do not want to see felons
running around loose now do you Mr. Brooks?
As you are also aware, several members of your gang have already
threatened me with violence. I have sent hard copies of those
threats to a third party.
Many that use the internet to converse, post commentary, state
their political opinions, etc. , are being targeted for
cyberstalking, libel and harassment by loosely organized and
sometimes well organized gangs that conspire with each other via
email communications to flagrantly violate criminal
cyberstalking, criminal libel, criminal harassment, and other
similar criminal laws. This crime is a separate crime, and
constitutes a "conspiracy to comint said criminal acts." But then
since you said you were once in law enforcement, this is
something you are well aware of, and I am sure you have informed
your gang members they could be guilty of this crime as well as
others?
Prosecutors and Cyber units in local law enforcement have all
basically said the same to my lawyer(s). In essence, they say if
I or other victims of cyberstalking, libel and/or harassment
provide them with ample evidence of such criminal acts, they will
contact the ISP's, proxy servers, and/ or re-mailers of the
Cyberstalker, and determine the correct name and address of the
perpetrator. Then, based upon the evidence provided, will file or
cause to be filed the proper criminal charges. We intend to
gather and preserve such evidence on the new group as is listed
below.
We also intend to assist others (regardless of their political
affiliations or leanings) with the information we have received
from Prosecutors in several states in respect to this issue
(Washington, Texas, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California,
Arizona, Virginia, Minnesota, and Nevada so far) and to assist
them in (1) giving proper notice to their cyberstalker they
consider such attacks as "cyberstalking, libel or harassment" and
if the cyberstalking continues, to then capture the necessary
evidence to assist law enforcement and prosecutors to bring these
criminals to justice.
Most people believe that allowing these sick and clearly very
disturbed Cyberstalkers to get away with their personal attacks,
harassments, lies, false accusations, multiple and repetitive
posts and attacks so as to cause emotional harm and distress to
their victims, is one of the most serious if not the most serious
problem on the Internet.
Soon many Cyberstalkers will know they are being monitored for
the criminal acts they are perpetrating. USENET and other
newsgroups do not exist for the benefit of those that will use
access to those public forums as a means to violate criminal
laws. There are no more "flame wars" or "feuds" on the internet
that do not represent criminal acts. A classic example of
cyberstalking is when someone researches all that was said in the
past by anyone, and then with the use of defaming
interpretations, false interpretations, fraud, forgeries, lies,
false accusations, distortions, forgeries and other cyberstalking
tactics, uses alleged past information the victim allegedly
wrote, to harass, torment or cause emotional harm against such a
person, not to mention actually create web sites that profit off
of such criminal acts!
So far, I have contacted a few lawyers that are very interested
in this new newsgroup. And I have appointments with several more
next week, and I have sent out quite a few letters to Cyber law
enforcement units throughout the USA. But I have just started. In
a couple of months I suspect that if things continue as they have
in the past, we will be proud to announce a few new indictments
for Cyberstalkers.
I have tried my best to deal with you and your smear merchant
gang members with posts in my defense. But it is obvious that
even those posts are now being distorted and used for even more
Cyberstalking by your gang. Consequently, your actions and your
gang member's actions have brought my defense of your and your
gang's cyberstalking to a new level.
I strongly suggest that you do consult with a lawyer over this
issue, and I further suggest that you and your gang members
understand they are not above the Cyberstalking, Cyberharassment,
Libel, and unlawful harassment criminal statutes of our country.
And that *especially* includes those that claim to have a
background in law enforcement.
I have already informed you and most of your gang members (and
they have acknowledged such notice in public responses) I
consider any posts about me, or web sites about me, produced by
you or any member of your gang, or by sock puppets you bring into
your gang, such as that Big Bear alias, as cyberstalking,
unlawful harassment, and in many cases, libel, malicious libel,
and libel per se. However, what I suspect you and your gang
members will do now is what they normally have done before after
such notice, and that is to arrogantly proclaim they are above
the laws of our land, and continue with they Cyberstalking and
Cyberharassment. I really do believe you and your gang is that
stupid. So I suspect that after you are charged with criminal
acts, and then go through civil litigation after you plead
guilty, you and your gang members then may not sound so arrogant.
You and your gang members are running out of chances Mr. Brooks.
