Interesting, isn't it.
Now, ISC is not for profit corporation,
paying no taxes. They do not have any
commercial product to the best of my knowledge.
According to Russ Allbery, they are involved
in a research for US military and intelligence
to develop a secure bind software. Bind is used
by the computer systems when they connect to the
internet. This tool is instrumental in identifying
any system in the world and since the secure version
has to use encryption, it is technically possible
to put any kind of instructions and data into
the network packets to allow user and computer
tracking and do all sorts of magic manipulations
to make the very notion of privacy but history.
Question: if the information from the above quote
is true, and ISC indeed receives a pretty substantial
funding in form of "sponsorship", just to bypass
the taxation issues, then who is running the
big-8?
Furthermore, "donating" $1 mil bux for ANY kind
of project by the members of not for profit
corporation seems to be way too strange.
For what?
Why would ANYONE donate this kind of money
on ANY internet project?
What kind of benefit do they expect
or whose funds are they tunneling?
Is it but another diversion and an attempt
to conceil the true identity of the parties
and their intent?
One thing is certain, this whole big-8 scam is but
a fraud on a global scale and there is a very good
reason to believe it is "owned" and ran by the US
military and intelligence to further their agenda
of NWO, New World Order, and perversely affect the
information streams worldwide.
Now, the capabilities and the amount of automation
built-in into big-8 structure are such,
that the entire big-8 may be simply wiped out,
need be, and all the discussions will cease
in a matter of seconds in the times of "emergency",
and that can be ANY time nowadays.
That is a pretty powerful "feature" of big-8
and, considering the fact that INN news distribution
software, maintained by Russ Allbery personally
in collaboration with ISC, one can not imagine
what kind of creative "features" are ALREADY
bilt-in into this system.
No wonder these totalitarian dictators
were trying to wipe out the entire alt.* hierarchy
for years now. They even had their own hit man,
Jay Denebeim, routinely destroying ANY group he wants
under false pretenses and REGULARLY harassing
the group proponents and participants in these
phoney "discussions" during the RFD and CFV stages
going as far as it gets. Even the sky is not a limit
for such a blatant fascist oppressor.
Now, Jay Denebeim was regularly exchanging the
private email messages with David Lawrence aka
tale aka the fuehrer of big-8 on the most important
issues of big-8 structure.
In some cases, his idiocy and arrogance would go
so far, that he would announce the results of the
"vote" even before the "official announcement"
was made by the "authorized vote taker",
and would state with certainty that the group
would not be created, no matter what the results
of this "vote" or anything else.

Another interesting case was several attempts
to create a group, news.admin.moderation,
meant to discuss the issues of "moderation"
and the most perverse form of censorship
associated with this "moderation" scam.
Interestingly enough, the "vote" results were
coocked up and numerous valid votes would not
appear in the "vote" results.
Another interesting thing is that Russ Allbery
and the other members of this "power elite" have been
peddling the notion of a "properly configured server"
for years, and by now, it has been implemented
in the vast majority of news servers in the world.
The "properly configured server" is the one,
that can be destroyed within microseconds.
It can be remotely controlled and configured
in ways allowing the most perverted forms of
censorship to be implemented at will.
Since these "properly configured servers"
accept the unforgeable, PGP signed control messages
from these gangsters, and are essentially operated
in a passive mode, you can do miracles
on the entire network and news admins wouldn't
even notice it.
