Nichols Defense: Okla. Bombing Was Larger Conspiracy
Attorneys representing Terry Nichols in a state trial that could result in
his execution present evidence suggesting Timothy McVeigh had other
accomplices in the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma
City -- the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in U.S. history. Nichols is
already serving a federal life sentence for aiding McVeigh. NPR's Wade

another billion-dollar contract without fully investigating such criminal
