Thank you for the original post with which I agree completely.
I do not believe that we will be able to control illegal immigration
because both the Democratic and Republican parties are controlled by
the same "special interests" which favor illegal immigration and unjust
legal immigration.
Also, the reality is that women and minorities make up the majority of
the electorate such that they will attempt to further inhance their
political and economic power by promulgating illegal immigration.
The only peaceful option, in my opinion, is either emigration from the
USA or the formation and/or cessation of part of the USA from the
current nation.
Changing our current "winner take all" form of electoral representation
to some form of "proportional electoral representation" may enable some
resistance to this horrible invasion to become efficacious.
However, again, women and minorities will resist the same as enimical
to the privileges they now enjoy under our current winner take all,
gerrymandered, bought, and corrupt two party system.
