I was in error when I said one needs to provide a DD-214 with their
application to the Wolfhound Wolfpack. It is the 25th Infantry Division
Association that requires a DD-214 for membership. You and some others on

The Association is compiling a list of people who served in the Wolfhounds
in Vietnam. The addition of Mr. Reiman is due to my inquiry with the
organization as to whether or not anyone remembers him.

The addition of Reiman to the list is based on my inquiry to the Association
as to whether anyone remembered him. The list is compiled from a variety of
different sources, some of which are folks who have joined the association
(such as yourself), and from other records, such as morning reports etc
which have been obtained by the association.
When all of this started over a year ago - Mr. Reiman refused to divulge the
specific unit he was assigned to in Vietnam, other than to state the 25th
Infantry Division Cu Chi. It was not until the release of his records via
an FOIA in August of last year that we learned the actual truth.
In my opinion, the reason for his refusal to divulge his specific assignment
is obvious - such a disclosure could result in further inquiries with his
former unit and those he served with thereby exposing his obvious
exxagerations and lies.
Through the disclosure of his former unit (CoD, 1st of the 27th - Feb 68 -
Jul 68) it is now possible to get in contact with persons such as the former
CO of the Company, administrative and support folks who were in that
Company - and to determine exactly what the true nature of his duties were.
In addition, those folks have been invited to provide commentary on Mr.
Reimans claims.

Those dates would only give him five months in country. Good, I hope they
come forward with information. I know that I am going to find out as much as
I can at the reunion.
