This is plain wrong. If Chavez wins a recall, Bush is a chickenshit to turn

President Hugo Chavez Frias
Venezuela state-owned news agency VENPRES is quoting an El Mundo de Madrid
(Spain) report that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is set to put a
contingency plan in motion in the (likely) event that President Hugo Chavez
Frias wins next weekend's Recall Referendum.
The Madrid newspaper says that the White House strategy is to avoid a
regional expansion of the President Hugo Chavez Frias 'Bolivarian
Revolution' which is seen by Washington D.C. as a direct step into the kind
of socialism espoused by many European nations and envisaged in the United
States if John Kerry wrests control of the White House from the Bush 2
administration this coming fall.
El Mundo says the CIA plan appears to concede a Chavez Frias victory next
weekend "for good or bad" and that Langley spooks are already working on a
strategy to "neutralize" Chavez Frias by fair means or foul.
CIA under secretary for southern hemispherical affairs, William Spencer, has
been drafted to Santiago de Chile to analyze the "Venezuelan situation" with
CIA country directors from Colombia, Ecuador, Brasil and Peru. Spencer is
reportedly convinced that Chavez Frias intends (no matter how fanciful) to
create two centers of "revolutionary focus" in South America in preparation
to overthrow Colombian President Alvaro Uribe Velez and Bolivia's Head of
State, Carlos Mesa.
Spencer espouses the theory that Chavez Frias will then forge onwards using
a domino effect to include the overthrow of Peru's Alejandro Toledo, using
multiple corruption scandals there as a pretext for invasion. Washington
apparently sees Chavez Frias' progress as a "corrosive action" in a
continuing Bolivarian Revolution which will expand easily into countries
such as Ecuador where indigenous political are already reacting strongly to
Washington's ideas of neo-liberalism.
President Hugo Chavez Frias
The CIA contingency plan against President Hugo Chavez Frias seemingly also
includes Argentina and Brazil in the Venezuelan leader's dastardly designs
against US Homeland Security ... inciting South American nations further
into "contagious anti-USA prejudices..."
According to the Madrid newspaper it is no coincidence that the US CIA
delegates have gathered in Chile which is considered by Langley and Crawford
(Texas) as the "last bastion of democracy and pro-US economic policies in
South America." They are elaborating a financial strategy in cooperation
with US Treasury officials and the Pentagon aimed at covering all possible
loopholes in the anti-socialist strategy and to halt Chavez Frias
"overwhelming ambition" to "transform Latin America into an impregnable
replica of Fidel Castro's Cuba..."
Part of the CIA strategy reveals a plot to have Movimiento Quinta Republica
(MVR) suspend the referendum using the argument that serious irregularities
have been detected ... alternatively that a conspiracy has been uncovered to
assassinate Chavez Frias before the result is known. "In such a scenario
.... if a State of Emergency is declared, the referendum, would be suspended
indefinitely along with Constitutional guarantees and the Congress would be
dissolved and public protests would immediately be ruled unlawful."
A second scenario would be the fraudulent manipulation of the voting results
and the repression of whatever protests that would be called by the
opposition Coordinadora Democratica (CD) alliance. Whichever way, Chavez
Frias will use to take whatever means necessary to avoid new elections
taking place...

So, just like Chile in 1973, the repug slime in the white house seek to
overthrow the government of a Latin American country whose population vastly
support the president. Democracy means nothing to the Bushfilth repugs,
just as it meant nothing to Nixon and Kissinger. They preach Democracy, but
every time they see it they do everything they can to kill it.
This is how Kissinger rationalized orchestrating the military coup that
overthrew the popularly elected Allende: "I don't see why we need to stand
by and watch a country go communist because of the irresponsibility of its
own people."
As if we have the right to judge the people of a foreign country
"irresponsible" and overthrow the president they elect. Oh, but that's
right, we're talking about repugs. With repugs, might gives right, and
ordinary people don't matter. The only people that matter to Bushfilth
repugs are those making over $300k a year. There aren't too many of those
in Venezuela. Mostly just poor folk trying desperately to get by.
Chavez has been the best thing to happen to the people of Venezuela in a
century. He is totally on the side of the vast majority of Venezuelan
citizens, fighting against brutally corrupt big business interests that have
exploited the people of that country for generations.
Nixon, Kissinger, and everyone involved in the CIA should have been strung
up for the war crime of overthrowing Allende in Chile in 1973. The people
loved Allende. He offered hope for freedom from the toil of exploitation by
big US business interests that controlled the puppet strings of the previous
corrupt Chilean government. The CIA overthrew Allende and planted in his
place the brutal dictator Pinochet who slaughtered citizens by the
thousands.
Now the Bushfilth repugs are working with the CIA to do the same thing in
Venezuela. This is a war crime. The international community should loudly
and overwhelmingly condemn the Bush cabal for planning it. Perhaps that
would put enough pressure on the Bushfilth to not allow them to get away
with it in the next three months.

The standard Republican definition of "conspiracy theory" includes factual
accounts of Republican activities. It does not include unsubstantiated,
bizarre stories about Clinton or his penis.

Was there ever any doubt that Bush would appoint
someone who's only goal in life would be to look the
other way every time Bush commits a crime against
America???

If the Democrats oppose this appointment,
they will pay at the polls for obstructing
the intelligence community once again.

Since you mention obstruction the intelligence community.
What do you call it when a republican supporting reporter leaks the

identity

of a CIA opperative ????

I try not to make judgements like that
based on party affiliation. If a law was
broken, off to jail.

Well if there is justice, the incumbant administration will pay for it at
the polls in November.
I hope so, or else the entire middle class will continue having to pick up
the check to make corporations rich.
If the incumbants stay, America will possibly have to pay for a constitution
tainted by campain driven tampering.
Here's an idea. Let's build our beloved nation better that her citizens can
say "In America we trust".

What makes you think they are in any way interested in delivering the facts.
Wasn't the Bush administration "waiting for facts" while ignoring the
previous administrations claim an attack would be made on US soil ???
Goss was asked for an investigation of the information leak. He proudly
responded with something like "you show me a stained dress and I'll start an
investigation".
So he's responding with a bipartisan remark that undermines his dedication
to the potion ?
Don't wait for any facts, he's in the Bush administration's back pocket, and
will not investigate the offense.
The leaking the CIA operative's identity was to intimidate and prevent
speaking out.
He is not the right man for the job if he doesn't take the leak seriously.

I hope so, or else the entire middle class will continue having to pick

What are you talking about here?

Lou Dobbs "outsourcing America".
Republicans will tell you we waste too much money on the poor.
What they don't tell you is all the tax dollars they forfeit for the benefit
for Rich Dynasties.
The ratio of average worker's salary compared to a CEO's has grown
exponentially.
Companies need cheap labor because of the astronomical premium they are
having to pay for CEO's salaries.
It's a legal form of embezzlement. The middle class should not have to
tolerate it.
Trickle down doesn't work. If you really want to drive the economy with
fiscal responsibility, you benefit the middle class.
Who is going to support a growing economy on underemployment and
unemployment ??

If the incumbents stay, America will possibly have to pay for a

constitution

tainted by campaign driven tampering.

The biggest danger to our Constitution
are activist judges.

How are they a threat ? Please explain. I've heard your statement before.
Judges are not trying to change the constitution.
How are they the threat, and the Bush Administration, who wants to change
the constitution not a threat ?
If you don't believe Bush has some never proposing to change the
constitution.
Consider the fact how his election was so close and controversial. He wants
to change a founding document of our nation for a right wing agenda.
Why does he want to do that. It's disrespectful to all of those who give
their lives fighting for American freedoms and liberties.
I consider writing bigotry into our constitution unpatriotic and even
treasonous.
They should respect the constitution more. They should respect US citizen's
liberties more.

Here's an idea. Let's build our beloved nation better that her citizens

can

say "In America we trust".

Ok by me.

Can you trust America when one side of our political parties strive to
change the constitution for a political wedge issue ???

Nah, they'll simply appoint someone better. He's be identified before
December and getting transition briefings before inauguration.

Non whatsoever. It's been the Bush administration's MO since they were
appointed.

President Bush: Flip-Flopper-In-Chief
July 7, 2004
From the beginning, George W. Bush has made his own credibility a central
issue. On 10/11/00, then-Gov. Bush said: "I think credibility is
important. It is going to be important for the president to be credible with
Congress, important for the president to be credible with foreign nations."
But President Bush's serial flip-flopping raises serious questions about
whether Congress and foreign leaders can rely on what he says.

This is plain wrong. If Chavez wins a recall, Bush is a chickenshit to

turn

the CIA loose on him.

---------------------------------------------------------

CIA executives gathered in Santiago de Chile revealed in contingency

plot

to

overthrow Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez Frias

President Hugo Chavez Frias

Venezuela state-owned news agency VENPRES is quoting an El Mundo de

Madrid

(Spain) report that the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is set to

put

a

contingency plan in motion in the (likely) event that President Hugo

Chavez

Frias wins next weekend's Recall Referendum.

The Madrid newspaper says that the White House strategy is to avoid a
regional expansion of the President Hugo Chavez Frias 'Bolivarian
Revolution' which is seen by Washington D.C. as a direct step into the

kind

of socialism espoused by many European nations and envisaged in the

United

States if John Kerry wrests control of the White House from the Bush 2
administration this coming fall.

El Mundo says the CIA plan appears to concede a Chavez Frias victory

next

weekend "for good or bad" and that Langley spooks are already working on

a

strategy to "neutralize" Chavez Frias by fair means or foul.

CIA under secretary for southern hemispherical affairs, William Spencer,

has

been drafted to Santiago de Chile to analyze the "Venezuelan situation"

with

CIA country directors from Colombia, Ecuador, Brasil and Peru. Spencer

is

reportedly convinced that Chavez Frias intends (no matter how fanciful)

to

create two centers of "revolutionary focus" in South America in

preparation

to overthrow Colombian President Alvaro Uribe Velez and Bolivia's Head

of

State, Carlos Mesa.

Spencer espouses the theory that Chavez Frias will then forge onwards

using

a domino effect to include the overthrow of Peru's Alejandro Toledo,

using

multiple corruption scandals there as a pretext for invasion.

Washington

apparently sees Chavez Frias' progress as a "corrosive action" in a
continuing Bolivarian Revolution which will expand easily into countries
such as Ecuador where indigenous political are already reacting strongly

to

Washington's ideas of neo-liberalism.

President Hugo Chavez Frias

The CIA contingency plan against President Hugo Chavez Frias seemingly

also

includes Argentina and Brazil in the Venezuelan leader's dastardly

designs

against US Homeland Security ... inciting South American nations further
into "contagious anti-USA prejudices..."

According to the Madrid newspaper it is no coincidence that the US CIA
delegates have gathered in Chile which is considered by Langley and

Crawford

(Texas) as the "last bastion of democracy and pro-US economic policies

in

South America." They are elaborating a financial strategy in

cooperation

with US Treasury officials and the Pentagon aimed at covering all

possible

loopholes in the anti-socialist strategy and to halt Chavez Frias
"overwhelming ambition" to "transform Latin America into an impregnable
replica of Fidel Castro's Cuba..."

Part of the CIA strategy reveals a plot to have Movimiento Quinta

Republica

(MVR) suspend the referendum using the argument that serious

irregularities

have been detected ... alternatively that a conspiracy has been

uncovered

to

assassinate Chavez Frias before the result is known. "In such a

scenario

... if a State of Emergency is declared, the referendum, would be

suspended

indefinitely along with Constitutional guarantees and the Congress would

be

dissolved and public protests would immediately be ruled unlawful."

A second scenario would be the fraudulent manipulation of the voting

results

and the repression of whatever protests that would be called by the
opposition Coordinadora Democratica (CD) alliance. Whichever way,

Chavez

Frias will use to take whatever means necessary to avoid new elections
taking place...

A pattern of deception

A hard truth appears to have escaped the notice of the public and

received

scant attention from the media: Bush is the first president in American
history to use deceptive propaganda as his main means of communications

in

selling his policies. His pattern of deception continues unabated and in
direct conflict with the notion of the public's informed consent that is
central to American democracy.
