I heard about this on CNN, so this time it might work!
It can't really be that hard to participate.
Inauguration Day--Silent Protest--Not one damn dime!
On "Not One Damn Dime Day," those who oppose what is happening in our name
in Iraq can speak up with a 24-hour national boycott of all forms of
consumer spending. And while it may not have much impact on the large
chains such as Wal*Mart, this WILL hit the black-owned mom and pop stores
right where it hurts - in their wallets!
During "Not One Damn Dime Day" please don't spend money. Not one damn dime
for gasoline. Not one damn dime for necessities or for impulse purchases.
Not one damn dime for anything for 24 hours. SHUT DOWN the black-owned mom
and pop corner stores, all across the land, especially in our grimey inner
cities!
On "Not One Damn Dime Day," please boycott Walmart, KMart and Target. Please
don't go to the mall or the local convenience store. Please don't buy any
fast food (or any groceries at all for that matter). Especially not in the
little corner store. Bleed those minority group owners dry!!!
There's no rally to attend. No marching to do. No thinking at all required.
On "Not One Damn Dime Day" you take action by doing nothing. You open your
mouth by keeping your wallet closed. For 24 hours, nothing gets spent, not
one damn dime, to remind our religious leaders and our politicians of their
moral responsibility to end the war in Iraq and give America back to the
people. And IGNORE the screams of the minority-owned corner mom and pop
stores!!!
PLEASE PASS IT ON! Email a copy of this to all your friends.

So all twenty people who have signed up for this aren't going to spend
anything tomorrow, but will go out on the 21st and purchase whatever
they normally would that day plus what they didn't buy on the 20th. Now
that is really going to have a big impact.

EXIT POLL DISCREPANCY MYSTERY SOLVED???
Has Mitofsky proven that a co-relation exists between these above
variables and the Republicans willingness to participate in the exit
poll? It seems that way.
HOWEVER, the big question is this:
Has Mitofsky proven that these variables account for the significant
discrepancy between the exit poll numbers and the actual results of the
election?
That answer is a BIG RESOUNDING "NO".
A crude analogy would be to say that a bowl of sh*t tastes bad because
one put too much pepper on it. However, I think we would all agree that
if we take away the pepper, it would still taste bad. (I hope no one
argues this detail with me).
