Common Law. You fail to understand that by responding and using
my name in a variation of defamatory ways affecting reputation,
along with my sig line unauthorized as you have, your actions are
prima facie evidence of your IMPLIED CONSENT to enter into a
binding lawful contract. Check with your lawyer. You'll need to
do so sooner or later -- sooner is better. Notice has been made
through your juristic person and by your actions as surety,
accomodation party, you have agreed to such contract. Hell,
wasn't it?

rk: The court was an unlawful Administrative (non Article III)
Court, therefore UNCONSTITUTIONAL without establishing
jurisdiction via consent, contract or waiver of rights. In
Commercial law such court acts as a Corporate "Person" not unlike
your juristic person which is also a commercial "person";
therefore its rulings were UNLAWFUL, null and void and had no
force of law behind it. That's why you've got two JOSEPHINE
COUNTY OREGON judges recusing themselves from my case and then
subsequently retiring at the peak of their careers. Doesn't that
make you disinformation agents all WARM AND FUZZY INSIDE?
