Padilla Tea-Jerkers Going To Work |
(AP) "The extended torture visited upon Mr. Padilla has left him damaged,
both mentally and physically," Padilla lawyer Orlando do Campo said in one
court filing. "The government's treatment of Mr. Padilla has robbed him of
his personhood."

Better his warped personhood than one scratch on the skin of a innocent
terror victim.
All Jose has to do is wait until the Democrat congress gets going. Then he
will not only get released, he'll get an apology, ten or twenty million in
compensation, a whole roomful of neat radioactive stuff to use for his
"bomb," and a government chauffeur to haul him and his bomb wherever he
wants to go to set it off.

Except that he's not a terrorist and never was and has never even been
tried.
That there are some sick sub-humans who will still try to 'justify' this
kind of evil is simply stomach-turning to the free world.
But you wouldn't want your brave republican torturers to appear soft on the
wrongly accused would you.
A W-S
And then it's: "Why does everyone hate us and think we're all morons?"

Gee. I hope some judicial big shot reads that. It sure would speed up the
judicial process if they could just turn him loose.
Maybe even a semi-presidential pardon could be arranged for the poor,
misunderstood terrorist wannabee.
But it does bring up and interesting point. Namely, when does one actually
become a terrorist?
Is it when one starts sitting in on Wahhbist sessions in the prisons and
starts wearing funny hats?
When one makes up one's mind that one is going to take the money from the
mullah and travel all the way to Pakistan to learn how to blow ***** up?
Is it when one sits at the feet of the world's most wanted terrorist and
listens to it's every word with mouth agape?
Maybe an obvious genius like you can answer the uncertainties those
important windows into the terrorist mind bring out?

Sure - it's when the jury says you are.
Same as it's been for 800 years where I come from.
