However, in over five years it has not come up with one-time enough to
design and, now, nearly complete construction of a WTC 7 replacement.

To anybody who has looked at films of controlled demolitions of buildings it
is obvious that the collapse of WTC 7 looked exactly like a controlled
demolition. Even if the scattered, pretty much unexplained, fires observed
in WTC 7 had seriously compromised the structural integrity of the building
it probably would not have completely collapsed and it is very unlikely it
would have collapsed in the precipitous manner it did. I would also note
that, while the limited damage to WTC 7 from WTC 1 debris was on its south
side, the rubble pattern from its collapse fanned out to the north,
suggesting the north side of the building collapsed a little before the
south side. This leads me to the amazing, but compelling, conclusion that
the building was deliberately destroyed by conventional controlled
demolition. This is a process that takes considerable skill, planning,
time, and resources to accomplish. At the least, it would take many days to
prepare for the demolition of a build like WTC 7, not an afternoon. Thus,
implausible as it seems, given the observed mode of collapse of the
building it follows that demolition devices were already in place in WTC 7
on 9/11, ready to bring it down. From here it is a short step to the
logical conclusion that demolition devices were likely in place in the Twin
Towers when they were struck. Continuing, since the official version of
what happened on 9/11 at the World Trade Center falls apart with out a
credible explanation of what happened to WTC 7, the official versions of
what happened at the Pentagon and at Shanksville, Pennsylvania, become
highly suspect.

In my effort, just mentioned, to inform myself on what happened to Flight 93
at Shanksville I called a local news paper office-I do not recall which one
if there is more than one-and asked if there was anyone there that had
knowledge of what happened. The response I received was something to the
effect, "We don't have anybody. They wouldn't let anybody get close out
there." This restriction would have made sense if it were intended to
prevent compromising the evidence being collected. Unfortunately, this same
sort of access restriction was imposed at the World Trade Center while
evidence was being carted off and sold out of the country for junk, making
it impossible to examine the evidence for signs of controlled demolition.
Meanwhile, security camera records of the attack on the Pentagon were
withheld form the public for a very long time and when some images were
released they were only a few frames from what is believed to be a more
extensive record. Insofar as I know there never have been reports issued
showing the location and condition of the airplane parts, luggage, bodies,
or body parts recovered from the Shanksville or Pentagon sites. This
maintenance of secrecy and destruction of evidence, at least at the World
Trade Center, means that what actually happened on 9/11 is being hidden
from the public.

for the agency for 40 years as a structural engineer. For the first quarter
of my career I worked in various field offices as a bridge engineer. The
remainder of my career was spent in the agency's headquarters, where most
of my efforts were directed to roadside safety; focusing on policies,
specifications, and designs for roadside hardware-guardrails, bridge
railings, median barriers, crash cushions, and breakaway sign and luminair
supports. For all of my career I was never far from the research community,
which gave me considerable insight into forensic analysis of the static and
dynamic performance of structures, including their destruction.
