(meaning POWER) congress
in November.

Uh, that was November of 1994. Remember? The "Contract With America"? The
one that was going to put an end to corruption in Congress? The one that
Newt Gingrich, Duke Cunningham, Tom Delay, ***** Armey and others said that
if they didn't live up to it, the people should throw their party out of
office? THAT'S when conservatives got control of Congress. Guess what?
They haven't lived up to that contract, and THIS November the American
people will do EXACTLY what those fine conservative Republicans said they
SHOULD do . . . throw the corrupt bastards out.
