Prolonging Iraq War Creates Extremism and Defeat |
Rather than inhancing the chances of military, political, and economic
success in Iraq and the Middle Ease, prolonging the Iraq War through
"surges" and other self defeating tactics promulgates and intensifies
the magnitude of a political, military, and economic defeat for the
USA and it's allies.
It is clear that, as this war is prolonged, the military and political
power and capability of the USA in Iraq will gradually deteriorate.
How explosive and successful was the initial invasion and conquest of
Iraq! How explosive and dreadful, therefore, will be the defeat of the
USA and it's allies in a prolonged war! It is, also, clear that the
extremist enemies of the West will predominate and gain political
control because of this prolonged war.
Without recognizing the political, economic, and military conseqences
of an aggressive, illegal, and criminal war followed by a very hostile
occupation, the political leaders of the USA are leading the USA into
a clear military and political defeat.
Rather, the USA should immediately take the political steps of
dividing Iraq into three different nations based upon ethnicity and
religion insuring that they do not attack each other or other
countries.
This would provide the justice and peace for the region that would
thwart political and religious extremism and provide for a lasting and
just peace.

Another liberal pipe dream. Make all sides equal by dividing up a country
and everyone will become nice and live happily ever after. Get real.
