Actually, it was the beginning of the death of the Democrat Party that you
are thinking of. And, even as we speak, the Democrat Party Death Spiral
continues.
Al Gore, in a stunningly humiliating defeat suffered at the hands of
President Bush, delivered the Democrat Party into the hands of President
Bush. And now President Bush, with some assistance by Howard Dean and some
of the other "red leftist meat" Democrat presidential hopeful, is stomping
what little is left (no pun intended) of the Democrat Party into the ground.
It's quite delightful to watch, actually.
