rk: One only need look at unfolding events of our world today to see
the chaos and insanity which grips the populace who live in fear of
what tomorrow will bring them. Our public servants have failed in
their duty to serve the Sovereign People, the TRUE GOVERNMENT.

rk: I have personally stepped into the HALLS of JOSEPHINE COUNTY
JUSTICE SYSTEM. What I found there was open corruption and criminal
conduct by Judges and Prosecuting Attorneys who snubbed their noses at
the Supreme Law of the Land, the U.S. Constitution.

rk: In the last 14 months and two court trials, I have demanded the
Court follow the law and prove its JURISDICTION IN PERSONAM over
myself in writing. No such proof was forthcoming. Nor has the
prosecution, at my demand, EVER produced a VICTIM willing to testify
under oath/affidavit regarding a CLAIM made by them against this
"living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural man. Under
common law, without such victim, there is no crime. Instead, I was
held hostage by public servants and prosecuted by a court which
disdainfully bypassed due process by forcing one to stand trial
without so much as first holding a preliminary ARRAIGNMENT.

rk: Since November 2, 1997, I have asked questions of my government
and requested investigations into widespread government/media
sponsored/supported mind control/disinformation focused upon unwary
users of the Internet. As one who had been advised all his life to
solve problems through the established government channels, I
contacted the WHITE HOUSE, CONGRESS, FBI, STATE, COUNTY, SHERIFF'S
OFFICE AND LOCAL COURTS. NOT ONE OF THESE QUESTIONS HAS BEEN ANSWERED
NOR HAS ANY INVESTIGATION BEEN MADE.

rk: I personally filed court papers seeking remedy -- demanding
responsibility from my public servants -- NOTHING!! OFFICIALLY, the
response this natural man received was a STONE WALL OF SILENCE.
Instead, I was charged with "Simulation of Legal Process", i.e.,
"PAPER TERRORISM."

rk: UNOFFICIALLY, simultaneously, a parallel, unrelenting Internet
smear and libel campaign was unfolding on an almost daily basis.

rk: Although Josephine County Prosecutor Neil Morey saw fit to smear
my name and reputation in his attempt to discredit me during my trial
of #02CR0617 on August 19th, 2003, no one from government, top to
bottom, saw fit to investigate any of the complaints I filed at the
national, state and local level.

rk: Isn't it time to break the back of such government/media,
sponsored/supported mind control/disinformation activities on the
Internet? Until such time as the Internet is cleaned up, these
operatives shall continue to foster hatred, division, and misdirection
to a captive audience.
