What did the tape have on it?
Totally irrelevent.
What matters is that the Democrat wasn't able to escape the long arm of the
law.

Seems that US District Judge Thomas Hogan has found McDumbass guilty
of felony wiretapping from the 1997 incident where he took a tape of a
private recorded phone call from two florida democrat dumbasses and
then made it public. The Florida couple were found guilty and given
suspended prison time (because of their age, if they would have
received the bare minimum, they would have both died in prison) and
hefty fines as well as being forever banned from being involved in
politics in any way in the US for the rest of their lives. (they
cannot even donate to any political cause under federal laws)
Judge Hogan has ordered McDumbass to start paying a $600,000 fine as
well as intrust on the fine starting in 1997 to now. The total cost,
including court fee's; could be in the millions and bankrupt
McDumbass. The Judge said, and I quote " McDermott willfully and
knowingly violated the federal laws against wiretapping by making the
illegally recorded conversation public instead of turning it into the
proper authorities. McDermott's conduct rises to the level of
intentional malice and cannot be condoned nor allowed to go
unpunished."
And to make it worse for McDumbass, he is now being investigated by
the House Ethics Committee (as of December 28th 2004) to see if he
violated House Ethics rules that require the House members to "conduct
yourselves at all times in a manner which shall reflect credibility on
the House of Representatives." under House Code of Official Conduct
regulations. If found guilty, McDumbass would be forced to resign his
seat as wiretapping is a federal felony. If McDumbass refuses, the
House would then eject him from the Chambers and ban him from
returning, leaving Washington State with no official representation
for his district. This would then force a new special election in that
district and McDumbass would not be allowed to run. And with no job,
how is he going to pay the fines?
Here is a list of the people that are on the investigation committee
Committee Chair Rep Joel Hefley (R) Colorado
Ranking Minority Rep Alan B Mollohan West Virginia
The investigative panel is made of the following House members
Rep Judy Biggert (R) Illinois
Rep Phil English (R) Pennsylvania
Rep Rep Lucille Roybal-Allard (D) California
Rep Robert C Scott (D) Virginia
Seems another one of "Hillary's Helpers" is swirling around the
crapper, pretty soon there will not be anyone left that will admit
that they know her or Bill on more then a passing acquaintances
And please don't try that BS line that this is only happening because
McDumbass is a Democrat. This is an obvious violation of the Federal
Wiretapping laws and is a criminal act. Mcdumbass should have known
better, but he let his hatred of Gingrich and Boehner get in the way
of common sense.
He brought all this on himself and only he is to blame for the
outcome.
