That's funny - I distinctly remember that UN weapons inspectors were
sending daily dispatches from Iraq as recently as early March, just
days before the commencement of hostilities.
That would be the inspectors that weren't given complete access as
required. Its kinda like having the DA call your house to tell you
the cops are coming with a search warrent and you telling him when the
cops can show up and where they can look.

The inspectors boss made the decision where to go immediately before
leaving and didn't tell where they were going. He gave directions on the
way.
The first time inspectors were in there that was true, but not this last
time.
Inspectors had free rein and why not? Saddam knew the WMDS had all been
destroyed.
