Okay. I ask you to explain why you refer to information compiled in 1991 as
evidence that Saddam had failed to disarm by 2003. I ask why you choose to
ignore Hans Blix's reports when he said that there had been gradual
progress. I think you are trying to mislead. It isn't a case of three
strikes and you get bombed. It's a case of assessing at any given time (and
particularly on the eve of a proposed war) whether the enemy remains a
threat, whether the criticisms that were made ten years earlier have ceased
to carry so much weight and whether you owe it to the innocent citizens of
