It's not "illegal". He is the President, and is authorized by the
Constitution to wage war. In addition, the United States Congress
authorized the war also. Even authorized funds for the war. The
Constitution gives the Congress that authority. Sounds like we've got
another Democrat here who needs to familiarize himself with the
Constitution.......
