I have not been one to be overly critical of our national T.V.
network, CBC, but this mornings coverage has been a not very subtle
attempt to put some kind of negative spin on the capture of Saddam.
God help the CBC should view this as good news. I realize that the
capture of Saddam does not mean that the terror attacks by Saddam
loyalists, or just those motivated by anti-U.S. feelings, but the CBC
just doesn't seem to want to view at as good news. They even tried to
put some kind of a weird, positive spin on Saddam's past support of
the Palestinians.
Looks like Canada is suffering from Europe disease by pandering to
Islamic terrorists to keep the masses of Muslim imports happy. Is
Canada suffering from Stockholm syndrome, like Belgium, already?
