I don't have a link to it but he's supposed to have said it on the

I'm sure it is. Just like "I did not have sex with that
woman".
Or how about this one? "...the idea that we had anything to do
with the death of Vince Foster is purely ridiculous, and especially to
try to make something of the fact that Hillary's people were allowed
into Foster's office after the FBI had been through his things, and
didn't find anything odd in his briefcase, and then after her friends
had been in there, that's when they found the note torn up into 20 or
so pieces, and this was a note they failed to find before...I mean,
that's ridiculous too! It's like some people just want to assume that
Hillary's people must have put it there, when in fact the FBI people
may have missed it. See, the vast right-wing conspiracy is always
looking for something seemingly criminal to connect us to."
Or this one? "Whadda'ya mean the weather over the part of
Yugoslavia that the plane Ron Brown was in was clear? Are you trying
to suggest something? Look, just because he was the treasurer I had
appointed, and just because he was under investigation for accepting
mega-bucks in bribes from Vietnamese officials to get trade relations
normalized, and just because that investigation came at a time when I
just couldn't have afforded to have another corruption scandal in my
cabinet, that doesn't mean that I had anything to do with that plane
crashing! What do you base that ridiculous suspicion on anyway? Just
because all the news media people were given the story about how the
CEOs of major corporations and some government people were supposed to
be over there to help the Croatian government set up it's
infrastructure, and just because after the plane crashed the reports
here all said 'it crashed in stormy weather' when in fact the weather
was very clear there, and acknowledged as so by local radio stations
there? Puh-lease! Would someone ask me some questions about Gennifer
or Paula for a while instead? What? What? Are you saying stuff like
that gets leaked out so the media can focus on that instead of things
like planes crashing and people getting shot, and having accidents and
stuff? What party do YOU belong to mister?"
Or how about this one? "C'mon! The guy was a dentist! He SAID
he was investigating 'ill Clinton's many infidelities', and then
someone pistol whips him as he's entering the hotel room he was
staying at, takes all his notes, interview papers, other stuff, and
none of his money or valuables...how do I get blamed?"
Or how about this doozy? "What? What do you mean 'the Clinton
death clock'? I had no idea there was such a thing! What's that you
say? It keeps a running tally of people connected to me or my wife
through business or politics who have met untimely ends? Two small
plane crashes in perfect weather, and one of them was a man who was
said to have incriminating information about me, while the other was
an ex-partner in some venture? Geez, you people must think that just
because a plane crashes when it's piloted by someone experienced, and
it flops in perfect weather, during daylight hours, at a small private
airstrip, that something's amiss....geez!"
Here's my favorite: "Danny Ferguson? Oh, yeah, the guy who I
had ask Paula Jones to come up to my hotel room....yeah, I remember
him. His wife? What about his wife? She committed suicide?!?! How
terrible! I had no idea that could happen! Damn! With a shotgun? Oh,
that's terrible. My sympathies are with him. What? A shot from a
shotgun to the BACK of the head? How the hell? What? What do you mean
it seems odd? What do you mean asking me about how the coroner that I
had appointed managed to rule it suicide? Listen, if he says it is,
then it is!"
I could post a few more of what I call
not-actual-quotes-but-should-have-beens, but I think I'll leave those
for the next time someone quotes that Clinton guy, or his
pig-beast-***** of a wife.

Claim: Bill Clinton has been quietly doing away with those who oppose him.
Status: False.
"White House deputy counsel Vince Foster committed suicide on the night of
20 July 1993 by shooting himself once in the head, a day after he contacted
his doctor about his depression. A note in the form of a draft resignation
letter was found in the bottom of his briefcase a week after his death.
(Note that this letter was not, as is often claimed, a "suicide note." It
was Foster's outline for a letter of resignation.) Foster cited negative
Wall Street Journal editorials about him. He was also upset about the
much-criticized role of the counsel's office in the controversial firing of
seven White House travel office workers. "
"On 10 October 1997, special prosecutor Kenneth Starr released his report on
the investigation into Foster's death, the third such investigation (after
ones conducted by the coroner and Starr's predecessor, Robert B. Fiske) of
the matter. The 114-page summary of a three-year investigation concluded
that Foster shot himself with the pistol discovered in his right hand. There
was no sign of a struggle, nor any evidence he'd been drugged or intoxicated
or that his body had been moved. "
"If Foster had been murdered or if unanswered questions about his death
remained, Starr would have been the last person to want to conclude the
investigation prematurely. Or are we to believe Starr is part of the cover
up, too? And if we buy into the conspiracy theory, what are we expected to
believe? That a group of professional killers capable of carrying out dozens
of murders all over the world shot Vince Foster, then clumsily dumped him in
a park (after he had bled out), planted a gun he didn't own in his hand
(without bothering to press his fingerprints onto it), amateurishly forged a
suicide note (in several different handwritings), and then seriously
expected the nation would believe it was suicide? Claims too crazy to
believe are never discounted when they're needed to help establish a
conspiracy, of course. "

Hmm, all of a sudden Ken Starr is the voice of reason when he does something
you like. How do you spell hypocrite? Damn, I just gave away the answer!
Seriously, many of the charges against Clinton were pretty wild and far out,
and the Clinton supporters view those that made them as semi-deranged
loonies. Here is a clue to those Clinton supporters that are now making
crazy claims against Bush. Now you are the ones sounding like idiots, and
that is why the country is not paying attention to you. It's time to wake
up and start debating the issues in a rational way if you have any
expectations of winning this November.
Just a little friendly advice from the loyal opposition.
