none of them have explained to me what Clinton did to the "intelligence
community". Can you tell me exactly what Clinton did to the "intelligence
community"?

Please look up HUMINT on the WWW. There are some good research reports,
including from military sources that are published ON THE WEB. The
timeframe of damage was about 1995... I won't do any more work for you,
but please refer to one posting by me in this group for the reference
to one MILITARY report. There are lots more.
