What's the argument exactly? What did anyone do to cause or help cause
this accident other than the driver? I see a claim of serving a drunk
person, what did the stalled car driver and tow truck driver do or not
do?
The "victim" was driving drunk and speeding and yakking on his cell
phone and unbuckled and the cops found marijuana in the car. But the
father says his son's death is somebody else's fault!!!
It's *always* someone else's fault. He can't very well sue if it is his
son's fault, can he? I don't see why he should be that worried about
money, didn't his son have life insurance and a big contract that had
paid him generously that could be used for lots of vacations and
whatnot? Perhaps that's a too crass view but this does look like the
family is trying to cash in on a horrible accident that clearly isn't
the fault of anyone but the person who chose to drive after getting
drunk.
this was no accident. It was more like suicide and perhaps that's what
the father is concerned the insurance company is gonna claim.
