Yes. Unless you somehow consider Man to be "outside of nature", some
sort of supernatural being. Is THAT what you think about Man, Billy?
I will never understand why people equate "natural" with "desirable" or
"appropriate" or "correct" Whether something is natural or not is
irrelevant. Many things happen in nature that are desireble or
acceptable to man, and many things happen in nature that are
undesirable and unacceptable to man. Nature is by no means a barometer
of the appropriateness of human interactions.

No, Brent, nature is not, which is why society takes on that role, why
any given culture at any given time puts their blessing on certain
behaviors and proscribes certain others. It's called community, and
even a pluralistic society such as our own has a perfect right to
define norms of behavior. And were it not so, Brent, anyone could do
whatever the ***** it was they wanted to do. It's called anarchy and
it's been tried. It always lasts about a week, or until someone or
somebody steps in and ipmoses a brand new set of rules - always much
harsher and much more restrictive.
