Look, in the USA the customers of prostitutes have long been arrested
along with the prostitutes they pay for the illegal service they seek.
The fact is that foreigners who contract with "coyotes" to lead them
into the USA illegally are indeed quite guilty of conspiring to commit
a crime.
In exclusive jailhouse interviews conducted in Spanish, the men said
their plan to earn a better living by working construction and
landscaping jobs in the United States had backfired, and that their
incarceration has caused their families to suffer financially.
"We didn't come to conspire," said Juan Carlos Gutierrez, who wanted
to earn enough money to open a boot-making business back in the
central Mexican state of Guanajuato. "We came to work."

Let me explain a simple fact for you. ALL mestizos are "coyotes". The
smuggler of humans is a mestizo coyote. The person he smuggles is a
mestizo coyote.
If one mestizo gets caught being guided across the border by another
mestizo, he will try to blame the other mestizo, calling him a
"coyote". It's like pot calling kettle black.
It's hypocrisy. Both parties are coyotes, both are criminals.
I didn't make this coyote stuff up on the spot just to insult mestizos.
I am racially mixed myself (like many Americans, I have Black, White,
Jewish, and Native American ancestry).
Under the Spanish racist system of castes and classes, there were
fifteen different social
classes. The top class was the Spaniard, who was White and a Roman
Catholic.
Second class was the "castizo", who could have had olive-colored skin
like most Mediterranean people. But the castizo (purified one) was a
Roman Catholic too.
(My Sephardic Jewish ancestor in Spain was a "castizo", until he was
caught practicing "judaismo". Then he was no longer "purified", he was
a heretic.)
The third class citizen of Spanish Mexico was a mixture of Spanish and
Indian. He was a mestizo, and his animal nickname was "coyote".
The Mesoamericans believed that the coyote once walked around on his
hind legs and talked. "Coyotl" was the Mesoamerican archetypal
*trickster* who tried to outwit all the other animal deities (and
humans too). Coyotl usually succeeded. If you want to read Old Man
Coyote myths, you can find them on the internet.
Some of the Old Man Coyote lessons are very Zen-like, since the Native
American inhabitants of Mesoamerica brought ancient proto-Buddhist
spiritual beliefs with them as they migrated from Asia.
The Spaniards caught onto the inscrutable duplicitous behavior of the
mestizos quickly, and nicknamed them "coyotes". The Spaniards did not
trust the coyotes.
But the point I was trying to make, is that all mestizo illegal aliens
who are talking about the "wicked coyotes" who took their money or
robbed them or raped them are coyotes themselves, and all this "coyote"
business is hypocrisy based upon the social class structure of Mexico.
The basis of much of the discussion we read here about how Mexicans are
the social equals of Real Americans is based upon the social inequities
of the Spanish colonial system that continues to operate, in
practicality, in Mexico.
The mestizo cannot rise up the social ladder without clawing somebody
else down to his level.
This is the struggle of the Real American working class: "To avoid
being pulled down to the Mexican level."
Mexicans use the "crabs in a bucket" analogy to describe the struggle
of a Mexican to better himself by hardwork and education. I didn't make
this up to put Mexicans down, they do a a very good job of holding
themselves down.
In this analogy, the Mexican crab who tries to crawl out of the bucket
is pulled back down by all the other Mexican crabs.
The Mexican crabs who want to stay in the bucket are the ones who will
not learn English or assimilate into American society.
Personally, I plan to stay as far away from the Mexican crab bucket as
possible.
