No it didn't.
Yes it did!
Here is the declaration of war on Japan:
http://www.law.ou.edu/hist/japwar.html
and here are the three separate declarations of war on Iraq:
http://www.broadbandc-span.org/downloads/hjres114.pdf

Where do you get the idea that those are declarations of war?

What other falsehoods are you trying to push like bad drugs?
Learn to read. Learn the law. Learn the difference between lied and
mislead. Learn to use your brain once in a while.
To coin a paraphrase, Mark's understanding of history, politics, law,
ethics, etc. are something of "a singular point of view." <chuckle>
So you would be more impressed if my "point of view" flip flopped day
after day just like John Kerry? LOL! To quote my good buddy, John
Kerry: "I voted for it just before I voted against it". LOL! You
guys are a hoot!
I, for one, would me more impressed with your singular point of view if
you offered a single source to back up your claim.
You have to give him points for consistency, though, even though
it's errant. Most people would have at least paused the fogma [sic,
naturally }:)] long enough to legitimately consider P'sOV other
than their own after having facts placed before them.
Thus is the problem. You have not facts. You only have ambiguous
allegations by anonymous authors. My "singular point of view" is that
you simply have no facts whatsoever. My "point of view" will not
change until you show some actual facts.
Fortunately,
ideological servants aren't thus encumbered & therefore don't have
to worry about inconveniences caused by the differences between
reality & fantasy. <eg>
Now that's the first coherent thing you have posted!!! LOL! Well
done!

No, you're original contention was that the US declared war against Iraq.
