In Gulf war 1, the coalition killed something like 1/4 million Iraqi's
while sustaining under 200 KIA.

By far THE most "disproportionate" war in history.

French President Jacques
Chirac said during the 34-day-long conflict that it appeared there was
"a wish to destroy Lebanon."

And the French, per usual, have taken a pass in keeping the peace.

About 1,000 Lebanese -- most civilians -- were killed in the conflict,
while 161 Israelis, mainly soldiers, also lost their lives.

Amnesty said it planned to look into Hezbollah attacks against Israel
separately.

Of course. That report will never see the light of day.
