Judge Won't Dismiss Eavesdropping Suit

PORTLAND, Ore. --

A federal judge Thursday rejected a Bush administration plea to throw
out a lawsuit over the government's warrantless wiretapping program,
saying he is not convinced going ahead with the case would harm
national security.
