"Bush's performance ratings spiked sharply in October 2001 and have been
declining pretty steadily since then. What was that thing that happened
in September 2001 to make the president look so Presidential?"
I'll tell you what it was - the liberals and Democrats dropped the ball on
national defense, so the American People remembered, once again, why they
refuse to vote for Democrats for national security.
And the Democrats CONTINUE to drop the ball on national defense. In fact,
the Democrat Party is now openly ATTACKING the United States military, just
like the Muslim Terrorists do.
Apparently it is the Democrat Party's latest tactic for trying to win the
hearts and minds of the American Voter - the Democrats are now acting like
the Muslim Terrorists, hoping THAT will somehow encourage the American
voters to vote for them.
Frankly, I don't think that latest DNC tactic is going to work for the
Democrats. In fact, I think the Democrats are going to get their asses
kicked in the 2006 election, thanks to people like ***** Durbin and Howard
Dean.
Time for
a repeat."
Yep, it's shaping up to be a repeat of what happened to the Democrats in the
2002 and 2004 elections, when the Democrats lost seats in the House and the
Senate. Only this time the Democrats are going to lose seats at an even
FASTER pace.
--
Impeach and deport Durbin. The Democrats are aiding and abetting the enemy,
once again, just they they did in Vietnam.

What Schumacher wrote was that the ONLY thing that ever improved Bush's
poll numbers was when the American people were attacked on September
11, 2001. The American people stood behind their POTUS (who was then
diving in the polls for his lackluster performance the first 8 months
he was in the White House) and said "The ball is in your court - DO
SOMETHING, we'll back you."
What Schumacher is saying is that now that what Bush did (dropped the
ball on going after those who were responsible for 9/11/01, gotten us
into a quagmire in Iraq, and is bankrupting the nation) has brought his
numbers back to toilet level, maybe it's time for another terrorist
attack.
I say that it's time for hearings, an impeachment inquiry,
Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld to face charges of lying before Congress, and an
international tribunal to convene to try Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld on war
crimes.
Which one do you think is more likely to happen?

Obviously none of the Democrats in Congress agree with you, Barney. If
they had, they would have filed an impeachment motion.
