That wouldn't surprise me but bear in mind that these tests were given
35 or so years ago. I think bush USED to be a sharp guy but for
whatever reason ( maybe 20 years of heavy boozing) his mind has
degenerated enormously.

A 120 IQ isn't that great really for the leader of the free world.
Being only in the top 5% means there are 10,000,000 people smarter
in the U.S. alone.

i don't even think that a 120 gets you into that high of a percentile. my
iq was last measured at 129 and i seem to recall that it put me into the
96th percentile. i dunno. i could be mistaken and i'm too lazy to do the
research right now.

Yeah and mine was calculated to be 132. And there are plenty of days I
probably sound just like George Bush. So what? The issue in any election
should not be IQ (unless one or both candidates are morons). IQ doesn't
guarantee a person will make the best decisions. And the President has
to be capable of making the best decisions as regards the future of the
US and its citizens. That means thinking beyond personal or special
interests. I doubt either one of these two candidates measures up to
that. The real question is which one of these special interest lobbyists
will do the least damage.
As far as Bush sounding demented is concerned, we'd all sound wiped-out
if we all spent that past two years trying do do our day job, while
pimping non stop around the country for campaign contributions. Only the
relatively young might be able to pull that off. Remember when Bill
Clinton first ran for office, he was young enough to stand up to the
rigors of campaign pandering.

Clinton can still make a speech without fumbling
around and saying stupid things. On the other
