First of all, none of these charters are even necessary.
Plenty of stuff in it is either a violation of the concept of
free speech or some other kind of dictate, that would never
pass the day one in court. Just motion to dismiss on the basis
that it is pure form of horseshit, having no foundation in
any of the most fundamental principles of any society.
This is not just some giant sucking enterprises.
It is a usenet, a domain of GLOBAL public discussions.
There is noone here to dictate ANYTHING to ANYONE.
Their own version may not even be legal in their own country.
