Soros was funding anti-Bush material long before Kerry had sufficient
votes to win the nomination.
So Bush that signed the law is allowed to ignore it because someoen else is not
obeying the law. I can see why you are republican. The law applies to the
other guy.
If Bush is pro-business then why are so many businessmen coming out
