The same is applicable to ANY scripture.
Yes, christians are obscessed with shoving it
down your throat, but not even all christians.
But all they can claim is that is the best they've got
if you want to dig up something on how existence woiks.
The rest is up to you.
If you are dummy, no scripture would help.
If you trust the validity of your own being
and realize all the wisdom is already hiden within,
you can throw all the scriptures in the garbage can
where they belong.
It is one thing to be in PRESENCE of someone,
who has the "eyes and ears",
but doing all the parrot show
is an excersize in futility.

Your argument does not quite cut it to my ear.
It seems that even the original publisher did not put as much stock
in Pike as being an authority on Masonry as you seem to.
And who is publisher?
God?
Just some operation with its own agenda.
Nevertheless, Morals and Dogma is a masterpiece,
pretty much unmatched in the entire history of
freemasonry, occult and Kabbalah.
Some pretty insightful people admit it.
