Nah, the Brits won't do that. They have their system of laws which we
must respect as they respect ours. Don't forget the British political
system is the progenitor of our own. We expanded on the freedoms they
wrested from their monarchy sometimes at great cost. They also suffered
a severe setback during the Cromwell dictatorship and monarchical
restoration. They are justly proud as the oldest major government
extant. It has existed since 1660 and we are only the second oldest
being 127 years younger. We have no right to criticize the freedoms they
have developed for themselves. It would be presumptuous.
