Seems that Bush has the authority to APPOINT these judges and they
MUST stay in office until the next election of Congress or untill
Congress takes their annual recess. And there is not one damned thing
the dummycrats can do to stop this. All Bush has to do is to keep
appointing them like Clinton did with the undersec of the Justice
Department

So my question to Harry the liar Hope and all you other liberals...is
how do you like that crow? As if Bush does appoint these judges and
they do a good job, it will be impossible for the dummycrats to have
them removed as the people will scream bloody murder and know the
dummycrats for what they are. And if the Judges records are good and
the Dummycrats keep blocking them, then that hurts the dummycrats yet
again as it shows them to be nothing more then obstructionists

So keep trying to block the Judges dipsticks...it is gonna cost you
dearly next election time
