Republicans Control All the Primo States!

Why do you think that the governor controls the state?

Arnold Schwarzenegger's capture of the California governor's mansion
will represent a major boost of adrenaline for the Republican
Governor's Association. For the first time in 20 years, Republicans
will hold the top executive spot in the nation's four largest states
-- California, New York (George Pataki), Texas (Rick Perry) and
Florida (Jeb Bush). Together those four states now hold one-third of
the nation's population.

The two biggest of whom tend to vote solidly democratic in presidential
elections. Not to mention it took pretty liberal republicans to win the
governor's seat in them.

********************
And both CA and NY have Democratic US. senators, but it is the
governor who is responsible to account for the fiscal health of his or
her state. Pataki is in his third term that will end in 2007 and
despite the hugh deficit in his state no one is talking about
recalling him.

I bet this must make the Democrats feel the humiliating Davis/Bustamente
defeats are so "unfair", eh? Do you think the Democrat Party is EVER
going to figure out why it keeps losing the elections?

Dear Ms. Coulter: Bustamente wasn't defeated. He is still the
Lt.Governor of Kolif-ornia. And very soon, when the Terminator starts
trying to cut benefits and raise taxes, Arnold will wish that Cruz did
lose.
And please, Ann, list the IMPORTANT offices that the Democrats have
lost since 1992, so I can consider why they lost them.
Governors aren't as important nationally as argued. So forget
governors.
It's the United States Senate that decides the real important
national issues. That is why some people are even WILLING TO MURDER
for the opportunity to get their man elected.
A majority of one in the Senate can decide our economic future and
our fate. And even the president's. No? Remember Clinton.

Do you ever actually post anything of substance? Not to mention your
normal habit of snipping to make the posts of others look like they
agree with you. And of course your constant name changes to make your
silly views look more popular.
Still, I guess nuts such as yourself are rather immune to the concepts
of shame, honesty, and decency. Not to mention unaware of how silly they
look since all of the original posts are still available.
