Washington, DC--The Republican National Committee today unveiled a new
video featuring the Democratic presidential candidates and urging
Americans who are tired of the "pessimism and protest" of the Democrat
party to turn to Republicans as a positive alternative.
The 30-second video will be shown at Team Leader recruitment events
across the country today and tonight during the Democrat presidential
debate. Click here to view the video:

In an e-mail sent to the more than 330,000 voters already signed up
to be Team Leaders across the country, RNC Chairman Ed Gillespie said,
"We have all seen the Democrat p residential Candidates angrily
protest President Bush and Republicans. Their negative attacks have
heightened becoming almost a daily routine. Their pessimism is not
working. And despite all of the Democrats' efforts, the Undecided Vote
still leads the pack."
New Team Leaders will be signing up at events across the country or
through the RNC website at www.GOP.org
"Our Team Leader Program continues to grow and we must also
continually carry the message that people have a choice: they can
reject the Democrats' negative attacks and join the Team Leader
Program," Gillespie said.
T he Team Leader program was started two years ago. Today more than
330,000 people are signed up to be Team Leaders and the number
continues to grow. The program ranges from voters signed up to be
Hispanic and African American Team Leaders, to High-Tech and Stock Car
Team Leaders. The program provides important information on issues and
allows voters to learn about Republican candidates running for office,
track local and federal issues and legislation, contact elected
officials and communicate with other grassroots activists.
Sorry, RCMan, but there's nothing more depressing than the worst economy
since Herbert Hoover, job losses in the millions, neverending wars in
Afghanistan, Iraq, and next, Syria and Iran, soldiers dying or wounded
with blown off limbs, DU victims, and neverending deficits in order to pay
for Bush's wars and his corporate war profiteers.
