Haab claims that he was attacked first (so that's probable cause right
there) and that the migrants then confessed that were in the US
illegally. And that Haab is on medication for combat stress. And that
he was told to release the migrants and he did.

So this isn't exactly a case of him confronting someone merely because
he thought they were migrants and getting away with it.

Yeah, you racists seem to need simple answers for complex problems. Go
around randomly holding Hispanic folks at gunpoint and see what it gets
you dickheads.

Just don't call me for bail bond, because I'd rather see you domestic
terrorists in jail than out on the loose bothering Americans.

First, there aren't any domestic terrorists herabouts, nor on the
Arizona border.
There's a "neighborhood watch" called "the Minuteman Project" and that's
all. No terrorism, no vigilante-justice, nothing but good old-fashioned
civic involvement in support of law-enforcement.

Phft. You ARE nutty as a fruitcake.
Bush and his minions would have preferred to keep border security issues and
illegal immigration off the radar screen completely. Drawing attention to
it really jacks up his Big Business campaign donors that profit from
criminal activities entering through the suppurating sore that is America's
borders. The Minuteman Project is a very successful, 100% grassroots effort
by non-partisan American citizens, and is in NO WAY any manifestation of the
Bush administration. They are an anathema to the Bush administration, who
DENOUNCED their efforts and made every attempt to dissuade and discourage
them from bringing the issue to the forefront before the project even began.
You are right that NONE of our politicians of EITHER party are upholding
their oath of office to uphold the Constitution, which includes the mandate
to provide for the common defense and welfare of the United States - not
Mexico, establishing a uniform rule of naturalization - not allowing any
illegal alien who sneaks across the border to take up residence in the
United States, to repel invasions - even if they are from Mexico and the
invaders are carrying leaf blowers. They also, each and every one of them,
from both parties, this administration and previous administrations, took an
oath of office, which they openly violate, to uphold the laws of the United
States, which include very specific laws regarding immigration and the
punishments for violating those laws.
As for the illegal war in Iraq, I expect Bush and his minions will
eventually face criminal charges in international courts. There is
absolutely no question they took America to war based on packs of lies, not
to mention that NO WHERE in our Constitution does it say America is to act
as the policeman and caretaker of the world. IMHO, I think it will
eventually be revealed much later in our history, long after we are all dead
and gone, that Bush and his robber barons orchestrated the attacks of 9/11
in order to provide impetus to his illegal war mongering. It is my firm
belief that IF the attacks were actually performed by international
terrorists, the more appropriate first response would have been to provide
the protection on our borders at least equal to that being provided to Iraq
borders now, drained our swamp of illegal aliens and subversive alien
enemies, and conducted a more thorough investigation than was done so the
lies that were packed up and sold could not have flown. And THEN, and ONLY
THEN, should America have gone to war against any foreign nation. And even
THAT would be highly questionable, since I tend to agree that the attacks of
9/11 were the fault of our corrupted government that does not enforce our
borders and immigration laws which would have prevented any such attack.

My typographic errors stand corrected. ;)
But so do yours... February of 1996 or so (possibly 1995) is when Peter
Jennings first nationally broke the news of the rush across the border
at Douglas AZ. Related stories included the now-infamous shot of about
50 young men simply storming the San Diego pedestrian gates and jogging
into the US, with no significant pursuit.
So, the Invasion has been ongoing for nearly a decade, at the rate of
about one million estimated entries without either inspection, or
capture and processing for deportation.

You cannot get any more Un-American than that. Thanks for proving
yourself
unfit for America.

Nothing would make most of us more happy than to see the Bush II Regime
thrown out of office, the sooner the better, for no reason other than
that it has openly welcomed the Invasion of the USA by at least a million
illegal-aliens per year.

We don't much care for the Democrats either; this problem got into full
swing in 1886 under the Clintonista Regime.

Errr... I think Droopy Drawers Clinton fired up the taco importing
machine in 1986, not 1886. In 1886, the Texas Rangers would not have
waited on an invitation from the feds to put a stop to Mexican BS.

My typographic errors stand corrected. ;)

But so do yours... February of 1996 or so (possibly 1995) is when Peter
Jennings first nationally broke the news of the rush across the border at
Douglas AZ. Related stories included the now-infamous shot of about 50
young men simply storming the San Diego pedestrian gates and jogging into
the US, with no significant pursuit.

'96??? OK. I don't doubt in the least what you are saying about the
invasion being in full swing by that time.
But I sure as heck missed out where either of us commented on '96 - in
either century!!!

So, the Invasion has been ongoing for nearly a decade, at the rate of
about one million estimated entries without either inspection, or capture
and processing for deportation.

It's been going on longer than that. It actually started in the 70's, and
has escalted since, and remarkably so since the "One Time Only" 1986
amnestia.
And speaking of '96, I picked up a copy of Brimelow's "Alien Nation" today.
I haven't had a chance to read it yet, but browsed through it. At first
glance, it appears that predictions in the book, published in 1996, have
come to pass, with the exception that the numbers and the effects were
underestimated. According to the book, the US was to reach a population of
3 hundred something million by the year 2050, and Hispanics were supposed to
overtake blacks as the largest minority in 2025.

Silly ferret - do you think illegal immigration started under Klinton?

Silly ferret - do you think illegal immigration started under Klinton?

Of course not. However, it was during the Clinton Administration that
the Mexican economy suffered a catastrophic blow due to, first, the
clear-cutting of Guererro, then the scamming of the Mexican stock
market, the "Bolsa", and finally the cascading rain-forest
conflagrations in the south. These combined to stop the Mexican economy
essentially dead in its tracks, necessitating a massive international
bail-out. It also caused millions of young men to abandon their rural
homes in Mexico to seek work in the USA. They made so much money in the
USA that the desperate acts of a lot of young men became practically a
fashionable trend. In rural Mexico, there are entire villages with no
men of working age, nothing but women and children and elders sitting
around waiting for their checks to come in the mail from the USA.

Reagan was in office in 1986 and HE granted citizenship to illegals.
BTW, Reagan was a Republican.

You are correct. Reagan did provide the first lies about enforcing our
immigration laws and laid the ground work for Droopy Drawers Clinton to fire
up the taco importing machine a.k.a. NAFTA.
The sell out of America is not the exclusive domain of one party, either.
Providing Third World Momentum to America is the one area where Demorats and
Republicons share a non-partisan lack of morals and ethics.

Haab claims that he was attacked first (so that's probable

illegally. And that Haab is on medication for combat stress.

And

that

he was told to release the migrants and he did.

Yeah, you racists seem to need simple answers for complex

Go

First, there aren't any domestic terrorists herabouts, nor on

There's a "neighborhood watch" called "the Minuteman Project"

that's
all. No terrorism, no vigilante-justice, nothing but good

So, tell us Bicke, what part of anarchy on our borders provides

Involved

you
