WARREN COUNTY Shots were fired at a Hamilton Twp. construction site
in Warren County Friday and the owner of a construction company beaten
in retaliation for the firing of an undocumented worker, according to
Hamilton Twp. police.
Police responded to a shots fired call around 1 p.m., in which the
male caller told them Mexicans were shooting at him.
Two men were injured, according to police, after the man who earlier
had been fired from a construction company allegedly returned with
about eight other men armed with three handguns and several baseball
bats.
Hamilton Twp. Police Lt. Jeff Braley said police are looking for a
vehicle of interest a white Chevrolet SUV with Ohio license
CDGOMEZ.
Braley said he believes the suspects have been residing in the city of
Hamilton, although investigators say they have not been able to fully
identify the suspects.
According to police, the suspects arrived and rammed the construction
foremans truck with their vehicle, jumped out and damaged the truck
with baseball bats, then sought out the foreman and rushed him. At
that time they displayed the handguns and fired 10 to 12 shots in the
direction of the foreman and another employee, James Parsons Jr., who
was coming to the foremans aid.
Parsons was struck multiple times with a baseball bat, police said.
The suspects re-entered their white SUV and fled the scene, police
said.
Parsons was taken to the hospital with multiple injuries. The foreman
was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
A construction company supervisor said the incident began when a
worker at the 21 Oaks subdivision construction site off U.S. 22/Ohio 3
was asked to produce paperwork to prove he was a legal immigrant. When
he failed to produce the paperwork, he was fired.
Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones, who has mounted an aggressive
campaign to rid the county of illegal immigrants, said he had not
received any official information about the incident in Warren County.
Based on media reports, Jones said it appeared the employer was doing
what the law required in terms of hiring documented workers.
However, it doesnt really matter whether the suspects are legal
immigrants or not its against the law to attack another person.
Thats a crime that should not be taken lightly, Jones said. Legal
or not, shame on them for that.

An employee of the Mexican consulate in Salt Lake City has filed a
lawsuit against JC Penney, alleging a store clerk yelled obscenities at
his family and called them "illegals" when he attempted to use his
diplomatic tax-exempt privilege.
Arturo Chavarria and his wife, Lux Maria Chavarria, have asked for
at least $1 million in damages related to a Sept. 5 incident at the JC
Penney store at Cottonwood Mall.
When the couple and their children went to a store cash register to
buy some items, clerk Richard Creel mistakenly charged full price for
clearance items, according to the lawsuit. Arturo Chavarria pointed out
the error as he was ringing the sale up.
He gave Creel his tax exemption card and explained he was exempt
from sales taxes as a diplomat, the suit said.
The clerk allegedly refused to read the card, which Arturo Chavarria
explained had been issued to him by the U.S. government. The clerk said
he did not have time to read the card, even though there were no other
customers in line or appearing to need help, according to the
complaint.
Arturo Chavarria then summoned a supervisor, who returned with him
to Creel's register, where Creel would not deduct the tax and refused
to finalize ringing up the purchases, according to the lawsuit.
The suit claims Creel became enraged and started yelling at the
family, saying they were "illegals" and "nothing in this country," the
suit said.
Chavarria, a 24-year veteran diplomat, says he "calmly" replied that
he was a diplomat and that it was Creel who was "nothing,"
according to the lawsuit. Creel then allegedly lunged at Arturo
Chavarria and threatened him. The supervisor escorted the family to
another cashier to ring up the purchases.
As the family walked away, Creel continued to scream, "Get out of
here, illegals, and go back to your own country! We don't want you
here, [expletive] illegals," the lawsuit claims.
The family had to pass by Creel to get to the exit. Creel screamed
at them and made obscene gestures, saying, "Get out of here [expletive]
illegals. We don't need people like you," the lawsuit states.
The lawsuit alleges the family was discriminated against and
assaulted by Creel and that JC Penney did not report the incident to
authorities, do anything to prevent future incidents or protect the
family from Creel's threats on their way out of the store.
JC Penney did not immediately respond for comment Wednesday
afternoon. Richard Creel, who no longer works for the Cottonwood Mall
store, could not be reached for comment

This is yet another example of the trash Bush is allowing into the USA
by him not properly securing our borders. These illegals are NOT "good

they engage in identity theft and use forged documents to land a job
(an illegal job). Then they milk our social services for every dime
with their fake documents. Then they drive w/o a license,
registration, or insurance. They refuse to speak English, march in our
streets and demand immediate amnesty while waving Mexican flags. If
anyone disagrees he/she is called a racist (as their pathetic attempt
to silence any opposition). They spray graffiiti in every neighborhood
they invade, litter the streets, drive down property values. The local
public schools become overwhelmed and the sucker American taxpayer has
to foot the bill to educate these people's kids, of which
52BR>nationally drop out of high school. They get free health care
because
they never pay their hospital bills but the law states that they must
be treated regardless of ability to pay. They fill up our jails, drive
down wages for the American middle class and destroy American culture.
These illlegal aliens are nothing more that parasites of American
society.
And for any bleeding heart White liberals out there, why don't you
embrace this wonderful "diversity" of illegal alien latinos and move
into one of their neighborhoods. Go ahead, immerse youself in their
culture. Report back to us in 30 days and tell us how welcome you are
in their neighborhood. And make sure you send your children to the
local public school... you know, the school in which 1/2 the students
don't speak English.
