Corporations would stay home if their business would not be taxed. Employees
are taxed, assets are taxed, everything is taxed.
Allow people to keep more of their money and corporation would stay home.
The land is taxed
The building is taxed
equipment is taxed
energy is taxed
profit is taxed
employment is taxed
dividends are taxed
Uncle Sam taxes redundantly.
What's left when compared to offshore incentives is a no brainer.
It isn't the mean ole Capitalist pigs who create hostile conditions, it's
regulations, taxes and government greed for money not earned

*****. The capitalists pigs were ALWAYS like that. This stuff you
listed is a means to gain greater profits. But a civilized, highly
developed country is expensive, and that means taxes. Civilization costs,
but it's worth it. These companies move to places without all those

taxes,

sure, but LOOK AT THOSE COUNTRIES. Where would YOU choose to live?

It's not a matter of living there, it's a matter of incorporating over there

It's supply and demand. Advanced developed nations have all the demand, the
thrid world is incapible of anything more advanced than breeding like
bacteria - unlimited supply, if wages go up, just wait, the primates will
reproduce exponentially.
For it's own survival, America as well as western europe and Japan must
seperate themselves from the rest of failed humanity.

I don't know about that. We have moral obligation to our brothers around the
world to teach them to fish. If the governments of the third world prefer to
keep their population in the iron age, I think civilization should come in
and ask the people what they want. The comforts of the 21 century like
electricity, running water and growing ones own food, providing sanitation
and basic human rights is an obligation of humanity.
What the third word does with western know how is their 'choice'. When they
use the tools we provide them to oppress their people, it's time moral
authority kicks *****.

Thanks for the globalist dogma. But the world doesn't want your help. It
wants your money and for you to shut the hell up. The world loves it when
you buy their crap, but as soon as you do something political, they'll
call you warmongers and hate you. Kinda like what's happening now.

Yeah, it's just a shame that companies are forced to pay for the
infrastructure they use which is provided by the taxes they pay.
Someone ought to pass a law which would allow companies to use taxed
payed sewage, water, electricity infrastructure, roads, other means of
transportation of goods, etc. without having to pay for any of it.

What a crock! Why are you still here? I'd think you would have left
for a third world country with low taxes. Put your feet where your
mouth is. oops! You already did that, didn't you?

Corporations would stay home if their business would not be taxed.
Employees

*****. The capitalists pigs were ALWAYS like that. This stuff you
listed is a means to gain greater profits. But a civilized, highly

I think these are both valid points.
On the one hand I like the things are taxes have produced. I like
having safe water to drink at a twist of a knob in my home. I like
clean air to breath and safe food to eat. I like safe roads. I like
public libraries. I like reliable, consistent energy. I like an
educated public. I like safe, clean neighborhoods with police and fire
protection. Etc. etc...
But on the other hand, the tax system is a terrible burden and I'm
talking about the paper work, complexity, and fairness. Even if a
business tries in good faith to comply and makes an error (and
sometimes that is debatable), they are immediately penalized... as are
individuals with a fine plus a high interest rate on monies owed; But,
if the government makes a mistake do they pay us extra. No! A tax
system should be a win-win situation and our government should do
everything possible to make it as easy as possible to comply. imho,
the tax systems will eventually break and become useless under their
own weight. The tax burden is especially hard on smaller businesses.
If you do business across the country you have to deal with federal,
state, local, and municipality taxes. I also think our tax systems
are terribly inefficient; Too many people abuse the system and waste
our monies. We shouldn't have to have a need for an ADP or H&R Block
or tax specialists to avoid paying taxes or just to figure out our
taxes. Our local tech college has a 16 week course just on payroll
taxes. Individuals may file taxes once a year if employed, but an
employer is filing on each employees' behalf every month or every
quarter.
I was reading an article about a business in Iowa that wants to move
to Mexico. Its sole reason was that employee cost would go from $2,400
to $600 per month. This is sad because this employer mentions nothing
about respecting his current employees, community, or country. He
does not see his employees, community, or country as an asset.
However he will eliminate the cost of:
- half of social security and medicare - appx. 7.65%
- worker compensation - appx. 1% - 5%
- unemployment insurance - appx. 3%
- and probably most employee paid benefits

What is interesting is this employer only mentions the cost of his
employees. He doesn't mention the real estate property tax, personal
property tax (building, equipment, office furniture). However, those
certainly will change.
But if a safe workplace, unpolluted environment, healthy quality
workforce, healthy communities and country aren't important to this
employer... I suppose this company should move from Iowa to Mexico.
I would rather see US companies, employers, employees, citizens all
work together to improve (or fix) the tax and business systems, rather
than run like chicken ***** across the border. I thought the American
way was to fight for what was right, not run and leave the problems to
Americans that believe in their country, rules, law, and processes.
